We want to shout about how Great Juice Broadband Is! We are Purbeck Coast Radio, a community station broadcasting from the south coast in Swanage, Dorset. First class service --- smooth installation, and online immediately. Speed as advertised -- and all the time (which make a nice change after Virgin!). Excellent support -- phone calls answered immediately, plus really prompt replies to emails with any queries. .... And all at a really good price from a locally based company. Thoroughly recommended....

Great company so far!!, Claire has been a breath of fresh air and readily available on the phone if I have any queries. City Fibre installed the new router yesterday, they were nice enough, turned up on time and were very friendly and explained everything once I asked. I did some speed tests to see that I was getting the speeds quoted and it was all good. I was with Virgin for 5 years before and they are literally the worst of a bad bunch, constant headaches with phone calls to Pakistan and Philippines where their awful customer support is based for cheap labour. Once I found out about the smaller local companies, it was a no brainer and Juice are literally down the road from me, so if I cant get hold of them I'll be turning up!!hahaha. Thank you Claire for all of your help so far!!. Joe

Juice Broadband were so fantastically helpful in getting broadband access to my business in Wimborne. BT performed to their usual poor standard and so although things took a bit longer than expected, the Juice team were all great at communicating progress updates and getting me up and running so I could open on time. I can’t recommend Juice Broadband highly enough.

After experiencing customer service nightmare from Vodafone which taxed my ability to listen to hold music, chat with ‘bots’ and re-describe issues, I ESCAPED TO JUICE. My first Juice interaction was with a friendly competent real human being! All subsequent calls and emails have been great, perfect in fact. Forget the globalised monoliths. Use your local BPC business. I found Juice refreshing! Not the absolutely cheapest but worth the bit extra.

Having had problems with our previous broadband provider we changed to Juice Broadband after recommendation from a friend. We have been very pleased with the product and the service provided. I have got this service wireless with juice in a rural area you cannot get wifi from any other provider it’s absolutely amazing I was very sceptical but not now I have convinced all the other businesses to use juice very happy thanks Ricki & the team

We moved in to our new home with a promise from a large telecommunications company to connect us on the day we moved. In reality 2 weeks later we were still waiting, and they were alsmost impossible to contact - called Juice - sorted within days. Real humans, pick up the phone, answer emails, listen to issues and then deal with them - lesson learned for me. Loving Juice :-).

Have been using Juice Broadband for our primary office fibre and our office backup FTTC for many years and also for my home internet connection. I quite simply cannot fault them and if something does go wrong (which it hardly ever does) then you do know that Wayne is at the other end of a phone call. Great Professional Service. Thank you!

I'd like to keep my phone number - can I do this with you?

Absolutely.  We can port your number in from your current provider, you could then plug your phone into the back of your router make and receive calls.  Line rental is £4.99 per month. Inclusive call packages are available.

Additionally, you can set a divert on your phone to your mobile, which means that during a power cut the divert will work and you will continue to receive calls.

How quickly will the Fibre be installed?

Once you’ve decided to proceed, we’ll book the next available installation date, around 10 working days time, sometimes a little longer depending on demand,  you can choose either a morning appointment 8am to 1pm or an afternoon appointment 1pm to 6pm.

Do you do VoIP?

Yes, we do. We can port your number from your existing provider.  Line rental is £4.99 per month, inclusive call packages are available.

Can I really achieve 900mbps?

Juice Broadband provision CityFibre residential lines with the highest residential Cityfibre line profile available to any ISP. This line profile has a 1Gbps peak downstream and upstream rate. A small amount of this throughput will be consumed by overhead so we advertise our products as “up to” speeds slightly lower than the profile peak (E.g 100/200/900Mbps). The Juice Broadband core network is built to backhaul high volumes of IP traffic, so you’ll see the best possible internet service deliverable to you via the CityFibre network. Given the GPON design of the CityFibre FTTP network, customer connections are contended. For this reason committed rates are considerably lower than peak rates. Juice Broadband residential customers consistently receive service close to or at the advertised “up to” speeds.

How does the Fibre get installed?

On the install day, the CityFibre engineer will describe how they will run the new Fibre cable from the street to the outside wall of your home. They will install a box on the outside of the building and drill a hold to the inside to run a cable to the a new ONT box inside your home.

How do I switch from another provider?

Once your new connection is installed via a separate new Fibre cable to your home, you can then cancel your broadband with your existing provider.

Make sure to check when your current contract finishes with your existing provider.

What Router will I receive?

  • You will receive a Zyxel VMG8623-T50B router
  • Your new router will arrive preconfigured and enables the best performance possible to access Juice services.
  •  The Juice router features –  
  •  4 x Gigabit LAN sockets for directly connecting wired devices at gigabit speeds.
  •  Dual band WiFi 5Ghz 802.11AC and 2.4Ghz 802.11B/G/N for incredible wireless speeds to modern devices while also enabling legacy devices to seamlessly join our network.
  • 1 x Gigabit WAN socket for Juice FTTH/FTTP/FTTM services 
  • 1 x RJ11 socket for Juice FTTC/ADSL services 
  • 2 x FXS Telephone sockets enable VOIP capabilities to your existing analogue phones 

I'm already with CityFibre - can I move to your network?

You certainly can.  We’ll work with you to establish the migration date from your current provider, then we’ll take care of the rest.

I'd like to improve my WiFi - will having fibre help?

Lots of things affect WiFi in and around the home, having Fibre will certainly mean that the overall speed of your connection is improved, you may still want to think about adding our Whole Home WiFi Solution.

This is £10 per month.

You can always see how you get on and decide to add the WiFi solution at a later date.

Can I have a static IP? How much will it cost?

Yes you can have a static IP. It costs £5 per month.
